The wish to escape from the crowded town, find a life reason in the elegant family country house Poggiosecco at Cetona. A Cooking Tuscan retreat. In a 12 hectares large property, Paolo and his brother produce olive oil, wine and honey. And here comes the change.
He started a few years ago, with a project named “home cooking”, who join a sophisticated kitchen, hosting and cooking classes.
“I’ve decided to open and share my place” he explains ” to experience delicatessen built on topics and taste coupling. I can be inspired by seasonal products such as from good literature pages written by Italian authors: Fenoglio, Camilleri and still others, telling stories of Italian recipes.
His passion was supported by his first cooking contest at the age of nine, and step by step his job as a pressman, run side by side, also jointly with his mate Franco di Mare, anchorman of the Italian TV  show “La Vita In Diretta”.
Together they created the “tarda di pesce”, a kind of home pasta, stuffed with fish broth, monkfish and shrimps.
Definitively a “Maison de Charme”, ten beds, subjects dinners and didactic afternoons spent in the big kitchen warmed up by the fireplace and the food fragrance.
